Product Description

1. This equipment's function is solely to automatically tighten and cut the cable ties. Due to its functional characteristics, the success rate and stability of this equipment are virtually 100%.

2. This equipment can be used independently at a single station, or multiple strapping heads can be combined with product tooling to form a multi-station system with one-button start/stop operation. The distance between two adjacent strapping positions should not be less than 50mm, allowing for arbitrary placement.

3. To use different types of cable ties, simply replace the top cavity plate. This is convenient, quick, and has extremely low changeover costs.

4. The tightening force and tail length of this equipment are adjustable.

5. The standard model produces a straight cut after cutting the cable ties. This can be changed to an arc-shaped cut by replacing the cutter accessory. The cutter accessory is an independent module that can be quickly replaced.

6. The standard model uses a foot switch for triggering; it can be modified to use inductive triggering or microswitches.
