This machine is a heavy-duty roller-type automatic pay-off stand. When installing a wire reel, simply place the reel between the two rollers. The pay-off machine can be moved like a handcart and the wire shaft can be lifted via the lifting motor, eliminating the need for manual handling of the wire shaft and greatly simplifying the installation and replacement process of wires. The rotation of the wire reel is driven by a servo motor, and the pay-off speed can automatically adjust according to the position of the pulleythe higher the pulley position, the faster the pay-off speed. This machine features a forward and reverse rotation switching function, therefore there is no need to consider the orientation of the wire shaft during installation, making reel mounting simple.
